ASBO booze girl back on the bottle

Just weeks after we reported that Laura Hall had been given the first nationwide alcohol ASBO, banning her from purchasing or drinking alcohol in clubs, pubs and off licences, it would appear that the boozy 20 year old is back on the bottle.
She was spotted guzzling alcohol in her local area of Bromsgrove and subjected police to a foul mouthed rant when they tried to arrest her. Prosecutor Stephen Harris said: ‘PC Smith was aware from her demeanor, shouting and swearing in the street, she was under the influence of alcohol – she was holding an open can of lager.’
Hall then attempted to hide her drinks and get into a taxi. When told to get out, she shouted: ‘I want to go to the f****** offie to buy some beer.’
When first sentencing her, Hall was described by a district judge as ‘all that is despicable and rotten in society’ before imposing the Drink Banning Order.
The order required the wayward youth to complete an approved alcohol-misuse course to help curb her problem.
None of the girls in the picture are Laura Hall.

Is more work needed if Hall is to kick her drinking habit for good? A spell in rehab maybe?

I don’t understand how this 'ASBO' is going to work?
Will they have pictures of her in every town in Great Britain? No way will they keep a track on her- I got barred from a club in Edinburgh 3 weeks later I was back in again as they forgot what I looked like.

why do they go to so much effort! if she wants to drink herself into an early grave then fine let her! how can the government have such double standards and create 24 hour drinking laws and make it fine for supermarkets to make booze really cheap and then make such a fuss of the outcome.
