Grown woman pepper sprays 4 year olds

Grumpy German ruins children’s party with lethal combination of pepper spray and Barry Manilow!
 
A disgruntled woman, annoyed by her neighbour’s noisy children’s birthday party, retaliated by blasting them with Barry Manilow tunes before squirting the children with pepper spray!
 
12 of the children attending the 4-year-old’s birthday party needed hospital treatment as a result of the pepper spray.
 
Stephi Hartberger, 44 of Bremen, Germany, placed her hi-fi speakers into her flats’ communal hallway, then blasted Barry Manilow hits to lure neighbours out, before rushing into their flat and spraying the terrified kids.
 
Fed-up Hartberger is being quizzed by police, and faces GBH charges, "The pepper spray was cruel but to hit them with Barry Manilow was just plain vicious," said one officer.
 
We know how annoying it can be if you have noisy neighbours, but pepper-spraying children is taking things a bit far!

She was obviously a bit nuts! Noise can get to us all, especially in flats/poorly built houses - but to go mental with a pepper spray was going too far!

The policeman obviously has a sense of humour though!
