Shrek lookalikes have ogre-tastic wedding

When friends commented that Tracey and Vivian Willaims resembled Shrek and Princess Fiona from the Pixar animation franchise, they seized the opportunity to channel this observation into the ogre-tastic wedding of their dreams.

Good humoured Tracey and Vivian Williams from Bridgend in South Wales weren’t offended by their pals’ remarks, as they had discovered a mutual love of all things ogre since seeing Shrek on their first date.

‘Even though Shrek and Fiona are both green ogres, we didn’t take offence because we like them so much,’ Tracey explained.

On the big day, the couple daubed themselves in green paint, donned fake ears and colourful outfits and then paraded through the streets in a horse-drawn carriage after the ceremony.

Family members also got into the spirit of the occasion, dressing up as various characters from the film.

Congratulations to both, Shrek and Fiona would be proud!
