this is so sick it turned my stomach and made my eyes water! i cant belive the husband didnt notice i mean maggots absolutely stink and the smell of infected flesh is fowl there is no mistaking it! i feel so sorry for this women i like to think that she couldnt feel them and didnt know what was happening! its like something from a horror film.

That's revolting! What a horrible undignified way to go...it doesn't bare thinking about. There's no was the husband could not have realised. You'd think he'd have checked on her at least once a day. Was it the maggots that actually killed her then? God i feel sick and disturbed...wish i hadn't read this now!!

im sorry but the way that its writen is a load of s***! the actual story is that maggots were eating her while she was still alive not that maggots actually caused her death there is definately a difference and a play on words which sensationalises the story! i read the comments because i like seeing what people have to say about it and take it so seriously!

jelly bean 18 you need to researchj and get your facts straight before coming on here and shooting your mouth off! her death was caused by sepcis ie her wounds were so infected that they gave her posining and she died probably a slow, painful and certainly undignified death! thats what other artciles say anyway so yes the maggots did have a part to play!
