It's awful. I felt down and posted how bad I felt on facebook (not my real account). Several of my "friends", none of which know me, posted some helpful advice, kind words and were all nice. I didn't have one single horrible things said. I wish she had some descent people on her friend list that were online when she needed them. I guess they were enjoying Christmas and only the mean, nasty ones were online Christmas day. I hope they are proud of themselves.

facebook has sunk to a new low, allowing a women to post about a suicide bid with no monitoring or anything. if it was monitored maybe she would have been saved.

All this actually proves is that none of her 'friends' were actually friends. This is the problem with these sites, it's not the real world. I don't understand this conecpt of being nasty to people that you don't even know

Poor woman, she gave a desparate cry for help, and was just ignored or got abused. What is wrong with these people?? Hope they can live with themselves now. That's what can be wrong with these sites, they're plastic, if she had contacted her true friends and family, maybe she could have been saved. Awful.

I don't know this woman neither am i one of the 1082 friends she had but i know she made multiple threats of killing herself and never followed them through! it is an attention thing if she had truly wanted to do it she wouldn't have told anyone. plus if one of those people had of called an ambulance and she had of lied about the whole thing how would you have felt if a story about someone dying from something because of a prank call in the area its the boy who cried wolf!

If someone makes multiple threats or not, when someone makes a cry for help someone should take it seriously if it is or isnt, because at the end of the day this poor woman is dead, a charity worker? she did good for people that had bad things happening, when where was anyone for her when she needed help! kicking her down making her feel worse! if i was one of them people that commented an slated her that day, id hang my head in shame! its not only she who suffered but her mother to!

If someone is crying for help, whether or not that have suggested they would do something several times then they need to be looked after! If someone had called an ambulance for this woman and she hadnt done anything, then maybe she would have been given the help she so clearly needed before this tragedy! If any of my friends put anything like that on facebook id at least give them a call to check they are ok! come on people this is a horrible thing to have happened and no one offering help just shows was a uncaring world we live in!
