Cheryl Cole's new tattoo

Cheryl Cole has long been known for her love of tattoos.

Well it appears today the X Factor judge has added another design to her body art.

Arriving at the talent show's Fountain Studios, Cheryl was spotted with a new tattoo across her lower back - which carried on behind her trousers.

As far as our eagle eyes can work out, its part of the same inking which appeared last month on her upper thigh. Unveiling her waxwork at Madame Tussauds, a similar vine design can be seen under her dress. (Aren’t we good little detectives?)

While the new artwork joins a large butterfly tattoo higher up on her back, Cheryl also has four other known tattoos.

There’s barbed wire across her right upper thigh, which was inked on when she first started dating Ashley, and a Polynesian tribal sign on her right hand, which appeared soon after.

Along with another butterfly on the left side of her bum, Cheryl had ‘Mrs C’ brandished across her neck soon after her wedding day.

And despite Ashley’s wrongdoings, Cheryl appears in no hurry to get rid the reminder. (Well we guess she can’t really see it.)

If Cheryl is this forgiving maybe there’s still a chance for a little Wagner tattoo by next year? Nah, we didn’t think so either.
