Adele has announced that she is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Simon Konecki, 36.
The 24-year-old singer revealed the news on her official website on Friday night. She announced to her fans: 'I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together.
'I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time.Yours always, Adele xx'

The Rolling in the Deep singer has been dating Simon – co-founder and CEO of British charity Drop4Drop - for six months after going public in January during a trip to the Everglades, and has since gushed about him in numerous interviews.
'He's wonderful’ she told an American magazine.
‘He don't care about what I do or what other people think. He looks after me.’
Rumours were rife about Adele’s pregnancy back in April when she appeared at the Ivor Novello awards in a smock-style dress that concealed her figure, after telling journalists she was intending on ‘f***ing off for four or five years’ to concentrate on her relationship.
‘If I am constantly working, my relationships fail,’ she said.
‘So at least now I can have enough time to write a happy record. And be in love and be happy.
‘And then I don’t know what I’ll do. Get married. Have some kids. Plant a nice vegetable patch.’
Adele, who underwent throat surgery to repair damage to her vocal chords in November, confessed recently that she ‘really wants to be a mum’, adding that it has been her goal to have three sons by the time she is 30.
In February Adele purchased a £7 million mansion in Sussex for the couple to live in.
