Amanda Holden to leave BGT next year?

Britain’s Got Talent is not even half-way through and already there’s speculation over next years judging panel!

But, if the rumours are true it means that we may be waving bye-bye to Amanda Holden. She is the only BGT judge that has been in every series since the start of the show, but she has revealed that her buzzing days may soon be over.

Her original 5-year contract expired last season and now she is into her “bonus years” and is unsure whether she will stay on any longer.

She has silenced the rumours that her speculated departure is because of rivalry between fellow judge Alesha Dixon, who will remain on the panel next year.

She said: ““I love the fact the judges are a team and not competing with each other. This industry is tough for women - we need to be comrades. I hate all that pitting people against each other stuff.”

Well that’s cleared that up then! She is not leaving because of a case of the green-eyed monster.  Perhaps she just wants to spend some more time with adorable baby Hollie Rose instead of spending her days sitting next to Simon Cowell – we totally understand!
