Amy Childs: 'My life is a living hell!'

Wednesday 22 February 2012

TOWIE star Amy Childs has compared the trauma her fame has brought her to that of Whitney Houston’s…

She claims due to her fame, her life has become a living nightmare as her and her family have been ‘terrorised’.

Her fame has made her feel quite guilty as she professes: “…I have brought this upon the people I love and they don’t deserve it.”

Although a particularly odd and unjust comparison to the enormity of the late-great Whitney Houston, Amy is one of many celebrities who are victim of Twitter death threats, stalking and harassment.

The busty redhead said: “It’s so sad and scary. I understand what happened to Whitney Houston. People are like: ‘It must be great to be famous.’ It is but they don’t know how bad things can happen.”

The 21-year-old and her cousin Harry Derbidge, who hope to start their own TV show in the near furture, have both been the victim of Twitter death threats.

You do have to feel some remorse for a girl who does seem very sweet as she describes: “I was in my house and there were these lads outside, stoning our home. I looked outside and it was pitch black, someone had smashed my car with a For Sale board.”

Unfortunately the vandals were never caught and a week later her house was burgled.

As well as laptops stolen within 10 minutes, before Amy’s mum had discovered what seems like a massacre, Amy’s dogs were also attacked.

The ‘normal’ Essex girl who is enjoying her life said: “Why is this happening to me? I just think they are well jel.”

Our hearts go out to her…
