Cheryl breaks her silence after night with Ash!

The Cole’s reunited! Oh dear, it seems after a troublesome couple of weeks Cheryl has spent the night with her cheating ex-husband and now he thinks he can win her back!
Over the weekend the News of the World reported that Cheryl, 27, recently spent a night with Ashley, 27, in their former marital home before he jetted off on holiday.
A source told the paper: “They were saying what a special night it was. They were mucking about like old times just playing pool, smoking and having a few drinks.”
Today, The Sun is reporting that Ashley is confident he can win Cheryl back and that she is ‘seriously considering’ a reunion with him.
A friend has told the paper: “Ashley gave a lost and hurt woman, whom he still loves, a place to lay her head. It reminded her of a happier time.
"It was masochistic of her and clever of him. He'd do anything to woo her back.
"Her PR team insist it is platonic but they are very worried."
Ashley also reportedly told her he loves her before boarding his flight to LA, saying: "I love you. Don't worry. We'll be together soon."
A fellow passenger who heard his vow said: "He was being so soppy, telling her how much he loved her, over and over. It was sickly sweet. He didn't want to put the phone down."
Meanwhile, yesterday Cheryl finally broke her silence after the whole US X Factor debacle – where she was unceremoniously sacked from the show – and after not being seen in public for 25 days.
She wrote on her official website: “Where do i start? I have had the weirdest past few weeks (nothing unusual there though.) I wouldn't even know how to begin to tell you all about it.
“I have had the time that I have not had in so long to just chill with my loved ones and do the normal things that I like to do. See my friends and family and be with my doggys :D.”
She went on to thank her fans for their support but didn’t comment on the reports regarding her and Ashley's night together or their possible reunion.
Friends told The Sun how Cheryl began lying to her agent, mum and Simon Cowell about her and Ashley’s developing relationship.
One said: "For months those closest to Cheryl have pleaded with her not to start seeing Ashley again. She promised them the relationship was over. But it was a lie, she still has feelings for him. And from her point of view, he was there for her when everyone else, even Simon, seemed to turn their back. She was meant to be concentrating on the American X Factor. Simon warned her not to be seduced by 'Happy ever after' words from Ashley.
"He said the Americans would drop her like a hot brick if she allowed such a cheat back into her life. But she didn't listen."
While away Ashley has been talking non-stop about his ex-wife. One close friend recalled to the paper: "Whenever Ashley mentions her he gets very emotional. He describes her as his only love, his soulmate and his heartbeat. He's like a lovesick puppy. No matter how many slappers he sleeps with, he can't get Cheryl out of his head."
Another friend added: "She knows the British public wouldn't accept a reunion. She has to decide between a career here or love abroad. He'll only be playing a few more years and suggested living abroad and starting a family. It's tearing her apart."
Cheryl's spokesman refused to comment last night on reports she is being wooed by Ashley.
