Who's tipped to replace Christine Bleakley?

Bookies have named Myleene Klass as the favourite to replace Christine Bleakley as presenter of The One Show.
The former Hear'Say star briefly hosted the programme in 2007 before she went into labour three weeks early, ironically paving the way for Christine to get the job.
Other contenders are Lorraine Kelly, Melanie Sykes, Emma Bunton, and would you believe, Kerry Katona.
Meanwhile, Miss Bleakley's £4m deal to co-present GMTV with Adrian Chiles has ruffled some feathers at ITV to say the least.
The current presenters Kate Garraway and Emma Crosby are apparently devastated over the One Show host's move, while some believe ITV's director of television gave Bleakley the job for her glamour rather than her journalism skills.
The Mirror quotes an ITV source as saying: "We were told they want more journalistic focus to GMTV but then why give hard-working, down-to-earth reporters like Penny Smith and John Stapleton the boot, and effectively kick out Kate Garraway and Emma Crosby?
"Christine may be able to temper Adrian Chiles, but what is in question is her credentials as a journalist."
Further outrage has resulted because ITV have made lots of redundancies recently.

I think its right that the workers at ITV are annoyed it takes the p*** for them to make loads of people redundant only to draft in some glamourpuss presenter most likely demanding a huge salary! At the cost of the programme's journalistic integrity!
As for the One Show please god not Myleene or Katona!

Miss Lucy I agree 100% regards ITV, at least the Beeb were man enough to say no to her demands lol!! Give Myleene back the job and watch the viewers switch channels lol!! You don't want Emma, dou you?!

No definitely not Emma! I think Mel Sykes would be best for the role. She's down to earth but still fun, attractive and young. But I do like Lorraine...though I think she's better suited to morning TV and daytime shows.
