Clare Nasir loses baby weight in just 5 weeks!

Remember those not-so-flattering pictures of Clare Nasir we were all subjected to viewing a couple of months ago? Yes, those ones of her in that green two piece.
Well, take a look at these new pics of her looking ultra slim just five weeks after. The weather front woman has already shed a stone after the unfortunate pictures were revealed, putting it down to a healthy diet and three two-hour gym sessions a week.
The pictures of her out with her personal trainer show Clare carrying some baby weight after giving birth to daughter, Sienna in November, she admitted to tipping 10st 4lbs on the scales. But it would seem that those pics are long in the past if her new bod is anything to go by.
The 40-year-old is planning to release a fitness DVD in time for Christmas revealing the secrets to her very-public weight loss.
It seems Clare’s health and bank balance are set to improve vastly. Go Clare!

I was 7 and 1/2 stone when I fell pegnant with my daughter,
I was also a gym junkie, and probably looked the best I had
ever looked in life. I am only 5 ft 2, so the weight isn't as light
as it sounds. Then I fell pregnant, I couldn't believe how much weight I put on and how much water I retained. It really didn't bother me at the time as I was so excited about the baby. After though was a different story, I probably wouldn't have looked much better than Clare if I'd had my picture taken in the same outfit as that. It took me about 9 months to lost it all, and it looks like it'll probably take her about the same. This is normal, I think its great to see someone in the public eye showing that not everyone springs back to shape a week after giving birth. I don't know how all these famous people do it, its not natural! Good luck to her, if she make money out of a dvd, why not, everyone else does, at least she's real.
