Elle shows off her topmodel credentials

Every time we look at Elle McPherson, we simply cannot believe that the woman is 47 years old! We know she's a super model, but how on earth does she manage to still look not a day over 35?

Last night, the Aussie beauty showed us once more why she earned herself the nickname 'The Body' during her modelling career - and why she's more than qualified to find Britain's Next Topmodel!

Elle, who has just landed the job of hosting the modelling competition, flaunted her impossibly long legs and tiny behind in a pair of skin-tight PVC trousers.

Most women in their late fourties would shy away from such a revealing garment, but Elle looked confident and comfortable in the clingy pants thanks to her amazing body.

Even more annoyingly, the clothes horse managed to keep her look classy by teaming the sexy trousers and killer heels with a casual white t-shirt.

To make you feel a bit better, we can reveal that Elle's miraculously youthful looks and slender figure don't come without hard work.

Working with celebrity trainer and nutritionist James Duigan, Elle follows an organic diet and avoids sugary and processed foods. The model also sticks to a strict exercise regime to keep her amazing body that toned.

Elle took over as the host of Living TV's Britain's Next Topmodel from Lisa Snowdon, and we're sure with a career in the fashion industry that spans three decades she's more than a good match.

Fellow judge Julien MacDonald gushed: 'Elle ups the ante. She's 47 with the body of an 18 year old. She looks incredible. She's so inspiring.

'She doesn't have a stylist but she dresses like the most glamorous rock star's wife. If I was a woman, I wouldn't mind being Elle.'
