Gabriel Aubry reveals shocking bruises and cuts after fight with Olivier Martinez

Following a vicious thanksgiving brawl between Halle Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubry and fiancé Olivier Martinez, shocking pictures of the Canadian modelled have been printed - showing him with a black eye, cut face and bloody nails.
And after Halle Berry took out a restraining order against her ex, now he has done the same thing against Halle's fiancee Olivier. He is also looking to have the restraining order, which prevents him seeing his daughter, lifted.
It had initially been reported that the fight was initiated due to a hostile dispute between the pair over custody of daughter Nahla, with early reports suggesting Gabriel overreacted when Olivier suggested they should ‘move on’ after a failed attempt for Halle to take daughter Nahala to France.

But now Aubry alleges that the cold words exchanged between the two actually took place when the family attended a school play the day before.
In a declaration, Gabriel claimed Olivier whispered to him in French, “I wish I could beat the s*** out of you right now'.

Gabriel claims that Martinez then approached him when he dropped Nahla off at Berry’s house on thanksgiving morning, telling him “we need to talk”.
Gabriel gave a statement in court, claiming that the French actor instigated the fight, attacking him by slamming his head into the concrete, whilst punching and kicking him. He says Martinez then threatened Aubry saying “You’re going to tell them that you’re the one who attacked me”.
