Ranting, refusing bushtucker trials - that dramatic fainting episode on Sunday. Its no surprise the I‘m a Celebrity campers are getting tired of Gillian McKeith.
But it now looks like the TV nutritionist has lost another ally after reducing Stacey Solomon to tears when the X Factor singer suggested she should quit the jungle because of her phobias. (Well she’s only saying what the rest of us are thinking…)
Speaking to Gillian through the bars of the camp jail, Stacey said: "You are on telly and you are fainting, you’re fainting in front of your children, no amount of money is worth that.
"If you’re so afraid and have so many phobias and are ill over it, you should go. There’s nothing keeping you here. You said it’s unbearable."
However ‘incarcerated’ McKeith said that she would be 'stupid' to leave after staying 8-10 days.
The nutritionist insisted: "I have a television career and if I walk out on my contract I will not work in television again. That’s the way it works."
Stacey pointed out: "Gillian, ever since you’ve been here you’ve said that you don’t want to face your fears..."
But Gillian retorted: "You’re the classic person who doesn’t understand what a fear is versus a phobia. You don’t understand phobia, it’s like taking a person who can’t swim and throwing them in 10 feet of water and saying 'off you go, see if you can swim'."
(We wouldn’t mind throwing Gillian McKeith in 10 feet of water…)
The X Factor finalist stood her ground, replying: "No, because that’s a chance of death. Honestly Gill, if your phobia is that intense and that bad and you’re having to get up and deal with it everyday. It’s hard for us to hear it as well."
"Then don’t listen... just go back over there," replied Gillian.
After Stacey left, Gillian bizarrely claimed the only person who knew how she was feeling was Katie Price and that she is the only person she wants to talk to when she leaves camp. (Seriously? Two weeks in the Australian outback and its Katie Price you want? Maybe this is why Peter Andre ended up marrying her...)
The pair eventually made up before Gillian went to compete in her seventh bushtucker trial with comedian Dom Joly.
However, there’s more strength in Gillian McKeith than we thought and the pair managed to get 11 stars for camp.
Meanwhile, fresh from his jungle stint, Nigel Havers has admitted what he really thinks of his former campers.
Yesterday we revealed that the actor thought Kayla Collins ‘comes from another planet’ and Gillian could be playing a game.
However, the thespian also spoke out about athlete Linford Christie. He said: "I’d want him on my side... He’s got an opinion on everything from a fly to world politics and religion and a walking encyclopaedia of opinion.
"There were times I wished he would shut up but he’s bigger than me, I did actually tell him to shut up but he just laughed and thought I was joking."
Havers also appeared annoyed with Dom Joly, who joined the camp a few days into the show.
He added: "His over-riding sarcasm and confidence could bug me and I had to slap him down a bit, but he’s not faking or anything and this is pretty much his character."
AND he put up with Gillian McKeith for a bushtucker trial - which is more than we could do…

Thought Gillian had never watched the show before? How does she know what Katie Price went through?!

She was a complete bitch last night to Stacey. It must have been like kicking a puppy. Her true colours are definately shining through now.

i want to see what she'l do when its her immunity on the line in the jail break trial!
last night apart from the hysterical riddiculous screaming she did the task fine! suppose you cant fake faint in water though can you! all this despite saying she had a water phobia, a true water phobic wouldnt be able to put their head under water!
oh yeah and what was that about her saying she nearly drowned in one of the trials yet yesterday she said thats the first time shed put her head under water! woman is a liar through and through shes pathetic!
also loved when dom jolly asked ant and dec if anyone had ever refused a trial and they said yeah gillian and she tried to justify it by saying the digger didnt work another one of her lies and utter bul****
