The saga of Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery continues!

Days after her plastic surgeon dies in a car accident, MTV have announced they are going to be showing a special documentary called ‘The Hills - Heidi’s Face.’

Airing this Sunday, it will reveal the truth behind Heidi Montag’s shocking plastic surgery transformation.

The 23-year-old reality star has been subjected to a storm of criticism for going under the knife at such a young age, looking barely recognizable after all her procedures.

The Hills star has reportedly undergone a staggering 30 procedures and infamously had ten different procedures in one day.

Speaking recently about her knew look, Heidi said: ‘I see an upgraded version of me. It's a new face and a new energy. It's a new person and I feel like almost all of the things I didn't want to be and who I turned into kind of got chiseled away.’

The documentary also features comments from the likes of Katie Price, who is clearly an avid supporter of going under the knife.
