India Hicks knows more than most about the impact the Queen and more recently Kate Middleton has had on the fashion of the nation and the world.
India was bridesmaid to Princess Diana at her 1980 wedding to Prince Charles, following in the footsteps of her mother Lady Pamela Hicks (nee Mountbatten) who was bridesmaid to the Queen and also her lady in waiting.
Lady Pamela has passed on a multitude of stories to India over the years about her time with the Queen which paints a colourful picture of the woman who we will all celebrate in just a month’s time.
