Jordan fears cancer return

Jordan has revealed that she thinks her cancer is going to come back now that she's divorced Peter Andre, who has also been reeling from the stress of the aftermath.

Jordan, whose divorce was made official last week, told the press that the stress of her breakup could cause her cancer to return.

The glamour model had a malignant melanoma on her finger as a result of a rare condition called leiomyosarcoma in 2002, and that stress was the trigger.

She said: "I had cancer when I had Harvey and the doctors keep telling me I need to go for a check-up because it's caused by stress - which I've had a lot of lately."

She added that she was not keen to return to the doctors, saying: "I'm supposed to have a scan but I keep putting it off."

Meanwhile, Peter has revealed that the first time he saw Jordan with cross-dressing cage fighter Alex Reid was such a shock that he had a devastating panic attack. Peter Andre Closeronline

The Unconditional singer reportedly hyperventilated so much after waking up in the night that he passed out, hitting his head on his bedroom wall as he fell.

He said: "Having suffered from regular panic attacks years ago, I knew what was happening, so I got up with the intention of telling my brother Mike.

"I felt so anxious that I wanted him to take me to hospital, but I didn't make it out of my bedroom and all I remember hearing is a bang," he recalled, adding that he was dazed for at least half an hour after the incident.

He cited the news of seeing Alex with his kids as the reason behind the attack, saying: "I honestly haven't had anything like this happen for years, but it occurred on the same day that I saw the first pictures of Alex Reid with my children."

Alex has since told the press that Pete's son Junior has called him 'Daddy' before, and Pete faced a further blow when scenes including Harvey from the video for 'Unconditional' (which is about the seven-year-old) were edited out at Jordan's insistence.

Its about time they BOTH grew up and just got on with their lifes!....there divorced now,they both need to get on with it and stop keep telling the press every detail,its geting rather boring!!

Artists tend to be so much more sensitive than the rest of us therefore I can understand how hurtful it must have been for him to see the kids so soon with somebody else. Artists are hypersensitive and hyperemotionnal and it's their strength and their downfall at the same time. I don't think those kids should have been introduced to this new man so soon! It's so wrong for any mother to do something like that!
What does she really know about the dude anyway?

Its really tedious on both parts now. I've never heard of stress causing cancer either!! Maybe I wrong, but there you go! News to me anyway! yawn!

Jordan is implying that people get cancer because of their own stupid fault! How inconsiderate to cancer sufferers and their families! Is this woman even for real?

Question folks, why hasn't Dwight Yorke, Harvey's biological father complained about the cagefighter being called daddy hm?! I mean only a short time ago in his p.r run up for his book he claimed it was so devastating that Pete took on the role of Harvey's dad and wanted to adopt him while married to Jordan!! How come all of a sudden he has nothing to say about a Tri-sexual, rape porn actor, cagefighter who likes to dress up in Jordan's knickers and paint his nails, who it now appears had a fling with a Thai ladyboy, being anywhere near Harvey hm?! Because he couldn't give a rats ass that's why!!
Stress can affect cancer but I wasn't aware that stress alone caused melanoma which is skin cancer normally caused by the sun!! But hey, I'm not a doctor what do I know - all I know is not getting it checked out is ludicrous especially in view of all the recent stars deaths from cancers of varying forms!! Jade in particular made women sit up and take note about getting cervical cancer check ups and the positive result has led to young girls being vaccinated and taught more about this disease much earlier on in their lives! With 3 kids in her care not getting checked out and leaving it until it's too late just because you're scared of what the result will be is selfish!
Before anyone takes me up on it, NO I don't class Jordan as a star, just a mediocre celeb who will say or do anything to be on the front page of any mag anywhere lol!!

do they understand that kids get older and when they read everything they they are doing to each other they are going to be ahmed of both of them .they need to grow up no put it all behind them and think of the kids now .

She's just trying to use the cancer thing as a way to get public sympathy- she probably looks at what happened with Jade Goody (i.e. everyone hating her over the Shilpa Shetty Incident and then forgiving her when it turned out she had cancer) and thinks the same will work for her.

I can't believe anyone in this world would sink that low but she's outdone herself once again.

I think It is outrageous how quickly Katie introduced her children to Alex. There was no consideration for Peter there at all, so he had every right to feel upset and angry by it all. Im sure looking back when the kiddies are older, they are gonna be soooo proud of their mother :( (shake of the head)
What an embarrassment... at least they have a kind and considerate man to look up to for guidence x
