Jude stays silent over daughter news

Jude Law has reportedly yet to see the five-week-old love child that he conceived with model Samantha Burke after a brief liaison.
The actor – who is rumoured to be a bit of a ladies man – has kept silence over publicly acknowledging his daughter, despite promising to be fully supportive part of the child’s life, after paternity tests proved him to be the father.
Jude, 36, who already has sons Rafferty, 13, and Rudy, seven and daughter Iris, 7 with ex-wife Sadie Frost, met Burke at a club in New York in 2008.
Burke recently spoke out about Law’s absence saying ‘She's already got such a great personality. I think he'll fall in love with her when he sees her.’
She also expressed her hopes that he would be just as good to her child as he is to his other children.

I have a feeling the more Samantha Burke goes to the media to get Jude to accept her daughter the more he will back away - if she wants him to go near the kid maybe she's going to have to make less of a song and dance about Jude being the daddy!!
Since Jude has said he will pay maintenance once the DNA results were in fully supportive doesn't mean at 5 weeks old he has to be holding the baby for photo ops!! Perhaps it's time Jude had the snip though since the women in his life don't seem to know much about contraception lol!! (Miaow, I know lol!)
However, I do think he'll make the attempt to see his daughter at some stage and be in her life ! You can never tell though, he was married to Sadie Frost when he had his other kids and they were a part of his life - Burke isn't and any resentment he has towards her may mean he doesn't want to get involved in his new daughter's life, you can't force him to get involved no matter how many interviews or press releases you give!! Sad for the kid though!
