Katie Price and Leandro engaged!

They've had a somewhat turbulous relationship, but it looks as though Katie Price and Leandro Penna have overcome their differences and decided to tie the knot.

That's right, their 'are they, aren't they?' relationship has taken a turn for the best as it has been reported that Leo popped the question to Jord while they were skiing.

A spokesperson for Katie confirmed the rumours. He said: "It's true - they are engaged. Leandro proposed to Katie while they were away skiing recently - and she said yes.

"They told her children but had intended to keep it secret for a while.

"No wedding arrangements have been made and they are both quite relaxed about that for the time being."

If the former glamour model weds her Argentinian toyboy, it will make him her third husband in the space of seven years.

The spokesman siad that the couple told her children - Harvey, Junior and Princess - but kept it secret and have yet to make any definite wedding plans.

Katie met Leo in March last year at Sir Elton John's Oscar party and the pair have remained inseparable since, despite their age gap and Leandro unable to speak English. They split in October last year but have kept in touch and Leandro came back to the UK to spend Christmas with her.

Leo was quoted as telling Argentinian magazine, Caras about their apparent engagement. He said: 'I surprised Katie with a sparkly ring. Our story is no longer just a romance. Now we’re committed.

'We decided to get back together... so I bought a ring and I surprised her with it. Luckily, she ­accepted and we are now really happy ­together.'
