Katie Price has been sending flirty messaged to 18-year-old Dan Ferrari-Lane of X Factor’s pop trio District 3, it has been reported.

The former glamour model, who is engaged to Leandro Penna, has exchanged a series of messages with the X Factor hopeful after meeting him at the hotel where they were both staying.
In one text, the 34-year-old told the teenager ‘I must say your (sic) looking good this morning xx’
And in another, she said ‘you don’t have to worry by the way I won’t say I’m texting you.’
It has emerged that Katie also invited Dan to her room to watch a movie with fellow X Factor contestant Rylan Clark, who is already friends with the star.

A source revealed: ‘Katie seems to be enjoying building up friendships with several of this year’s X Factor contestants.
‘But she certainly seems to have clicked in particular with Dan. It’s clearly all a bit of fun between the pair of them.
‘But Dan is absolutely thrilled to be in dialogue with her. He never dreamed he’d be someone Katie Price wanted to know…but Dan’s thrilled and a bit shocked that he’s now on her radar. He thinks Katie is great.’
Sources close to Dan say he is ‘shocked and excited’ about the texts, despite their 16-year age gap.
Katie is currently engaged to model Leandro Penna, 27, but sources have claimed that a split is imminent.Katie has since said that this is ‘completely untrue’ while her spokesman has said that Katie has sent texts to several X Factor contestants to simply ‘wish them good luck.’

Jordan is already good friends with Rylan
District 3 found themselves in the bottom two on this week’s X Factor, alongside redhead Melanie Masson, but escaped the boot after Nicole took the decision down to deadlock. Melanie received the lowest number of public votes after singing her rendition of INXS’ Never Tear Us Apart.
The mother-of-two took the bad news with dignity and thanked Gary Barlow and all the X Factor crew for helping her achieve her dreams.
She said: 'I've absolutely enjoyed every single second of being here. It's just been the best experience and I've loved every minute of it.'
