Kerry in top shape for 30th birthday

Kerry Katona looks trim and toned as she enjoys a day out in the sunshine with her daughters.

Rocking a pair of red skinny jeans and a white vest teamed with a straw trilby hat, the reality TV star looked on top form as she prepares for her birthday this weekend - and it's all down to hard work.

The mum-of-four headed back to bootcamp ahead of hitting the big 3-0 in order to look her very best at her bash.

Kerry, who lost over 3st following her split from sleazy Mark Croft, has been battling to keep the weight off ever since. Her brief romance with Adam Waldron saw the pounds creeping back on as yo-yo dieter Kez indulged herself with takeaways and boozy pub lunches.

But now, single again, the former Atomic Kitten singer is determined to tone up - not least of all because she is planning on wearing a revealing dress for her birthday celebrations this Saturday.

The 29-year-old did another stint at Jane's GI Bootcamp in Kent, which helped her slim earlier this year. And the results speak for themselves!

A pal said: 'She's had a great few months and turned her life around.'

hope she has a great big 3-0 and celebrates until she cant remember turning 30 hahaha.......i know the feelin, mine is approachin soon and i know I would just prefer to drink myself to a point where i wont remember what age I am :o) :o) :o)

Kez you have been a bit of an idiot in recent years, especielly coz you've got kids to raise and set an example to, but everyone makes mistakes, don't listen to the negative crap from others, go out there girl and show everyone you dont need a man or drugs, do it for yourself and your kids. Oh and you're looking hot, keep it up xx

I can't believe some of the positive comments above are from people who slate Katie Price!! Did you see the documentary Kerry did recently? It was the saddest thing I have ever seen, her poor kids being abused and left with total strangers and she was filmed snorting cocain recently while her kids were downstairs! But she can be forgiven for that while Katie Price is slated for what....nothing at all!!
