Lauren: 'I'm obsessed with Mark'

She’s recently admitted she was still involved with her ex Mark Wright – but, last week, Lauren Goodger appeared to make any chance of a proper reconciliation unlikely after she was embroiled in an ugly brawl with his sister, Jessica.
Lauren, who split with Mark, 25, last August, but recently said they’d slept together since, has had a notoriously turbulent relationship with Mark’s mum and sister during the couple’s 10-year on/off relationship.
But, last week, the situation came to a head when a fight broke out between Lauren and Mark’s sister Jessica in the back of a taxi. The bust-up was reportedly so heated, one source claims Lauren ripped out a handful of Jess’ hair extensions. She was snapped the next day with a bald patch on her head, while Lauren was pictured with a split lip.
A spokeswoman for Lauren admits the pair rowed and things got out of hand, while Jess’ people refused to comment.
Lauren, 25, and Jess, 26, were said to have been arguing over the Wright family’s interference in Lauren’s relationship with Mark, who she was engaged to last year.
A source says: “The girls were sharing a cab and started arguing – with Lauren accusing Jess and her family of being the reason she and Mark don’t have a future, saying they always got in the way. It turned very heated. It might be some time before they speak to each other again.”
Last September, Mark’s mum, Carol, said she was “relieved” the pair had ended their stormy relationship, saying: “It’s a relief they’ve parted.”
And sources say Mark is upset with Lauren for fighting with his sister. When news of the fight broke last week, Mark Tweeted Jess, saying: “Love u always x.”
A pal says: “Mark hates it when Lauren acts like that and says she needs to stop being so insecure. He says his family don’t have anything against her and she needs to get over it.”
Despite the row, Lauren has told pals she was only sticking up for herself against Jess – but admits she’s obsessed with Mark. A source close to Lauren says: “Lauren says she can’t help her fixation with Mark.
“Lauren’s full of contradictions. She says there’s always going to be love between her and Mark. But, one day, she says she’ll fight for them to be together, the next she wants him to leave her life. She doesn’t know how to move on.”
Sources say she was devastated when he failed to show up to the relaunch of her shop Lauren’s Way, which took place a few days after the fight with Jess. Instead, Mark was spotted on a lads’ night out with best mate Jack Tweed and pictured kissing Page 3 girl Hollie Peers.
A source says: “Lauren felt let down and was fuming he’d chosen a night out over her launch. But it’s hardly a surprise, considering the fight. Lauren is now convinced the only way she can win back Mark is to make him jealous, so she’s pulling out all the stops to get his attention.”
Lauren recently met X Factor’s Simon Cowell at a charity event and has been bragging he was flirty with her. She told pals: “I’d love to see the look on Mark’s face if I dated Simon. He’s fit.”
