TOWIE on holiday!

Hmph, we are so jeal of the TOWIE lot, who all seem to have jetted off on sunny holidays this week. Be that for a bootcamp in Marbella or a casual trip to Miami, we can't help but turn green with envy.

While Arg, Joey and Gemma have opted for a healthy holiday to Marbella to take part in No1 Bootcamps strict exercise regime, the girls Lauren Goodger and Frankie Essex have decided on a trip to the sunny state of Miami.

The pair have been tweeting pictures of them enjoying themselves throughout their stay, but it looks like the partying could be taking its toll on poor Lauren.

Miss Goodger was spotted walking down to the beach looking a bit worse for wear. But, unfortunately it wasn't the fact that she looked hungover that made the headlines - Lauren's tight fitting playsuit has caused a tabloid frenzy. The colourful super-short choice of outfit revealed just a little too much as she strutted her stuff along the boulevard.

The reality TV star was definitely camera ready with her hair curled and make-up done as she went to meet co-star Frankie Essex.

Franki opted for a bright frilly pink bikini as she posed jokingly holding two coconuts in front of her chest.

Moments after landing Lauren tweeted to her fans: 'Just arrived and there's pool party at my hotel already let the parties beginnnnn excitedddddd unpack change and outt!! X (sic)’
