Lauren tweets pics showing diet results!

TOWIEs Lauren Goodger has become famed for her yoyo dieting habits and at the start of this year she vowed to make some dramatic changes. After seeing herself looking heavier in her holiday pics in Miami she embarked on the extremely low calorie Cambridge diet.

Now, it looks like finally she is reaping the benefits! In a recent twitpic Laurens stomach looked dramatically flatter as she posed in a neon crop top and grey jogging bottoms. She added the caption, SweatingHell.

Lauren is said to have always been unconfident about her body. She reportedly rocketed from a size 8 to a size 14 within a year.

She tweeted another photo the same day, showing her svelte figure off in Marbella whilst posing with a friend. She wore a tight purple skirt and a black vest. The results are amazing!

The diet involves eating specially prepared meals, shakes and soups - and the ultimate challenge of cutting out coffee, tea and alcohol. Lauren has spoken before about her struggle with alcohol and junk foods.


She said at the time: 'I want something quick because I'm going away again soon. I want to go to Marbella and Ibiza and when I'm walking around I want everyone to go, "My God, have you seen Lauren?"

Well it certainly looks like she has achieved that: Keep it up girl!
