LiLo glams up for jail

Lindsay Lohan yesterday turned up to court to begin her 90-day jail sentence.
And you can't say the actress didn't make an effort for prison. With freshly dyed hair and what seemed to be plumped up lips, the Mean Girls star appeared to be giving up her freedom the glamorous way. Fair enough as she will only be able to shower in prison three times a week, and had to hand over her jewellery, clothes and mobile phone.
Rolling her eyes and sighing as Los Angeles Superior Court judge Marsha Revel confirmed her prison sentence, LiLo was afterwards handcuffed and taken down to the cells while her family cried.
Lindsay has been given a jail sentence for drink-driving but could be freed in 14 days because prisons are very full.
The Mirror quotes one of Lindsay's inmates as saying: "Everyone will want a piece of her. It will make them famous if they hurt her of if you get her to cry. The whole ward will laugh."
But upon entering, the Daily Mail reports that inmates cheered and whooped, shouting, "We love you" at the actress, who exchanged her smart outfit for the orange inmate get-up.
Linds tweeted her own feelings about going to jail, writing: "The only 'bookings' I'm familiar with are Disney Films, never thought I'd be 'booking' into Jail... eeeks."
