Andrea McLean splits from husband of 2 years

Leading Loose Woman Andrea McLean is left heartbroken after announcing her split from her husband of two years, Steve Toms.
 
Andrea – formerly married to BBC’s Nick Green – is devastated as she describes how the couple have simply grown apart:
 
“I’m still in shock. When I hear myself talking about ‘my first marriage breakdown’ then ‘this time round,’ the words are like a stab in the heart. Because I simply can’t believe I’m in this position again.”



The Loose Women host also explains how her female co-stars recognised that there were underlying problems in her relationship despite the brunette beauty keeping a brave face around her colleagues. Sherrie Hilson was the first to break the ice in the dressing room one day at the studio by talking about her own unhappy marriage as a hint to her friend that she was not alone.
 
Andrea has two children, one with Green and one with Toms, and she claims “People think I’m Snow White... the most boring person in the world! I’ve only ever slept with two men and I married them both”.

It really is such sad news to hear of another split in Celebville, but these are real relationships and we wish Andrea all the best for the future.
