Madonna can't keep up with Jesus

We're not sure if Madonna and new ex-boyfriend Jesus Luz are trying to patch things up, or if this is just a particular amicable split, but the pair were snapped partying together in a Brazilian night club.

Judging by her accessories, it looks like 53-year-old Madge was trying to relive her 1980's Material Girl heyday - the Queen of Pop was wearing black leather gloves teamed with kinky PVC over-the-knee boots. Oooh-er...

But sadly it seems that despite her youthful looks the singer couldn't keep up with toyboy Jesus - as the crowd in Rio de Janeiro partied the night away, an exhausted looking Madonna took a seat on the stairs to get some rest.

The couple reportedly broke up because they didn't have anything in common - a possible result of the 28-year age gap - and despite her incredible age-defying body even the almighty Madonna can't stop time forever.

If the Hung Up singer was trying to make an effort to prove young Jesus - who reportedly was the driving force behind the break-up - wrong by going clubbing with him, we think her honourable attempt backfired a bit!

Maybe Closer should introduce her to our amazing clubbing pensioners...
