Madge's bday's a C-list affair

It seems that Madonna’s birthday guest list was running a little short this year. Random C-List celebs, like Claudia Winkleman and Paul Whitehouse, turned up for the singer’s 52nd birthday bash at Shoreditch House in East London.
But, where were her A-List pals like supposed best buddy, Gwyneth Paltrow?
Madge is currently shooting the movie W.E., about King Edward VIII, who abdicated the throne to marry US divorcee Wallis Simpson, with Laurence Fox and he was at the private members club to help her celebrate with wife Billie Piper.
Other guests included her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes and boyfriend Jesus Lux, 24.
It may not have been the most star-studded affair, but boy did the Queen of Pop look good! She was looking radiant and so youthful, that you could be excused for thinking it was he 40th birthday party. We aren’t sure exactly how she does it, but we would love some beauty tips or the number of her make up artist.

God, what the hell is wrong with her arms, they look more like a man's - perhaps it's just the way they took the photo but the one thing that always gives away your age is your hands lol!!
