Don't you just love a good love story? Especially when that love story is occurring between the two of our most favourite people in the spotlight at the moment.
That's right - an X Factor romance is blossoming, and it's between the unlikely duo, Matt Cardle and Rebecca Ferguson. Note that when we say blossoming romance, what we really mean is that there are rumours and we are praying that they are true.
The two blew us away with their performances on Saturday night, and it seems that Matt is interested in a little bit more than singing tips from his fellow contestant.
An X Factor insider said, "Behind the scenes everyone has spotted that Matt has a crush on Rebecca. He loves her genuinely sweet nature and has been supporting her through the live shows."
We also noticed that Matt couldn't have had more nice things to say about the Liverpudlian if he tried during a video on the show's website. When asked who is the best dressed person in the house, Matt replied 'Rebecca, she just looks so hot.'
It's not difficult to see where the attraction stems from - Rebecca’s impeccable dress sense and soulful voice is enough to set any mans heart racing. She is even getting lots of attention from the boys in One Direction.
Ohh er, she'll be fighting them off with a stick soon!
