Nicole and Joels secret wedding

Marriage rumours about these two have been rife for longer than we can remember, but it looks like Nicole Richie and Joel Madden may have finally tied the knot.
After dating for more than two years and having two children together, the couple are believed to have made things official.
No official statement has been released to confirm their legal union, but Good Charlotte singer Joel was spotted picking up a marriage license last week.
And now Nic's dad, soul legend Lionel Richie, has slipped up and accidentally blurted out that he wanted to "welcome Joel to the family" at an awards ceremony... Hmm... the plot thickens, don't you think?
We sincerely hope that they won't keep the wedding "secret" for much longer, a) because that's teasing and b) because we reeaaaally want to see how amazing new mum Nicole looked in her wedding gown.
