Pete Burns made a rare public appearance yesterday as he was spotted out for a coffee with his husband.
The Big Brother star, 50, was papped struggling to light up a cigarette in a west London café.
Pete, who has had extensive plastic surgery on his face, was out with his husband Michael, with whom he has reportedly reconciled with after a heated bust-up.
Pete was taken ill in March this year with severe kidney stones, for which he needed surgery.
After some time away from the cameras, he was spotted looking rather glum – or was he? We can’t tell…

OMG - How much does he look like Jocelyn Wildenstein?
In addition to his vile appearance every time I've seen him on TV or read anything he has to say he appears to be just as ugly on the inside!
