Rihanna's dad: 'I told her she was getting fat'

We can think of quite a few words we would use to describe the ever-gorgeous Rihanna, but we're not sure fat would be one of them.
But, that's exactly what her father described her as the last time she went home. That's right, he called his superstar daughter - who's body we would kill for - fat. In a recent interview, Ronald Fenty said that Rihanna has been on a strict diet since his tactless revelation.
He said: 'I actually thought she was a little fat last time I saw her.'
However, Ronald added that when he saw Rihanna again at the Grammy awards earlier this month, she was back to looking 'excellent'.
He said: 'When I saw her this time, I thought she was back to her normal size. I used to joke with her, "Robyn, you're getting too fat!" But I think she's fine, I think she looked excellent, as everyone saw, at the Grammys.
'She's dieting, she's working out.'
Rihanna however revealed last year that she didn't want to lose much weight, just tone up. She said: 'For the first time, I don't want to get rid of the curves. I just want to tone it up. My body is comfortable, and it's not unhealthy, so I'm going to rock with it.'
Rihanna and her father have always had a fractious relationship, and only began speaking again in 2010 after years of refusing to communicate.
