Robert Pattinson 'will walk the red carpet with Kristen Stewart'

Robert Pattinson is reportedly set to walk the red carpet with ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart at the final premier of the Twilight movies.
The couple split after Kristen, 22 was pictured in an intimate embrace with her married SnowWhite and the Huntsman co –star Rupert Sanders last month.
A source has said: ’He’s told movie bosses he’ll walk the red carpet to save her from embarrassment and any female fans booing her, he’s being professional and taking the higher moral ground.’
Twilight fans have reacted angrily to the affair, with many taking to you tube to express their anger and fury.
The couple have dated for several years after meeting on the set of the first Twilight movie in 2008. Until the scandal broke they had never confirmed the relationship.
The stars have not met since the pictures were published and since Kristen’s public apology she has not made any public appearances.
Filming for his new movie The Rover, in which he plays a simpleton in a dystopian future has not begun, yet he recently said he is looking forward to beginning the project to distract him from the furore: ‘I really wish I could move The Rover up. I’ve got to find something else to do.’
