Russell Brand send Katy emotional email

Despite the fact that Russell Brand has been spotted out and about with his new model girlfriend on numerous occassions, it looks like seeing his ex-wife with her new fella is proving too much to handle.
The comedian is said to be 'seething with jealously' after Katy Perry was pictured at Coachella last month with her new rumoured boyfriend Robert Ackroyd of band Florence And The Machine.
The actor reportedly sent Katy a long email admitting that he 'gave up' on their marriage too soon. The emotional e-mail is said to have asked for a second chance, admitting thar ending their 14 month marriage was a 'mistake'.
A source said: 'Word has it Russell was "seething with jealousy" when he saw pictures of her with Rob. He apparently feels he gave up on their relationship too easily.'
The source continued, 'It's fair to say that Russell only wishes Katy happiness but perhaps he should have realised just how special his wife was when he was married to her rather than five months later.'
The pair filed for divorce in December citing 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the split.
