Known for wearing her heart on her sleeve and using her past heartaches to influence her music, Adele has finally found herself a good man!
The 23-year-old was introduced to new beau Simon Konecki by singer Ed Sheeran a few months ago, and since then the couple are said to have been inseparable.
But nothing’s ever straightforward in Celebsville.
Claims that the 36-year-old entrepreneur is married have surfaced and it’s putting a strain on the couple’s relationship. Simon, who is 13 years her senior, was married but is now divorced, according to the Grammy Award winning singer. Adele posted a blog on her website, which she hoped would set the record straight about Simon, also known as Swampy to his friends.
‘Contrary to reports and headlines in the press today, Simon is divorced and has been for 4 years,’ she wrote.
‘Everyone in our lives separately and together wish us nothing but the best, and vice versa. These are the facts.
‘Take care and see you all in February xx,’ she added - in reference to her forthcoming appearance at the Brit Awards next month.
