Tulisa admits 'this has been the worst year of my life'

N-Dubz singer and X Factor judge Tulisa Costalvalsos has said that 2012 has been the worst year of her life, saying she feels vulnerable and has shed tears over the criticism she has received.
She told a British newspaper "People only see me ranting and defending myself... They don't see me crying my eyes out over what's been said. I do feel very vulnerable at the moment."
Tulisa, who joined X Factor as a judge in 2011, has had to deal with public scrutiny over a number of scandals this year including the emergence of a sex tape released by her ex boyfriend Justin Edwards.
The singer responded to the release, posting an honest and emotional You Tube video in which she said 'I'm devastated. I'm heartbroken, I've been in bits for the last few days.'

Fans and critics applauded Tulisa's honestly and the star seemed to have weathered the storm, going on to win an apology from Edwards in court and pursuing those involved in the distribution for 'a six figure sum'.
But last month Tulisa, 24, became the subject of headlines again after being pictured with footballer Danny Simpson. His ex-girlfriend, who claims to be pregnant with his second child, branded Tulisa 'a homewrecker'.

True to form Tulisa responded, branding Danny's ex, Stephanie Ward, 'a psychotic, obsessed nutter'.
She continued: 'I av always kept it real n that aint about 2 change, u r a liar n a psychotic obsessed nutta!wait til I tell it how it is...wrongen. (sic)
Defending her right to speak out this week, she said: “I’ve spent years trying to build my career, and with one headline this girl made the public think something of me that isn’t true. I don’t believe in sitting back and letting people lie about you. I have every right to defend myself."
