The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawm (Part 1)
Thursday 17 November 2011
The mere mention of the Twilight Saga and you can expect an influx of screaming fans. But add the super hot stars of the film empire to the mix and well, deafening screams and fainting ladies are a common site.
So, when the first half of the last film in the trilogy premiered in London yesterday, were we surprised that people were camping out to catch a glimpse of their heroes? Nope.
Kristen Stewert, Robert Pattison and Taylor Lautner were greeted by hundreds of screaming fans as they walked the red carpet, ready to watch the film that made them all household names.
Kristen and Rob, who have been dating off-screen too looked every inch the movie star couple as they posed for pictures at The Westfield Shopping Centre, Stratford.
Kristen, 21 looked stunning in her long, lacy black sequined dress by Roberto Cavalli which showed of her tiny frame to perfection.
It was a rare occasion of glamour for Kristen who usually opts for short funky dresses and converse, but clearly the red carpet event was worthy of a glitzy frock.
Last night was a big event for the stars of the film as they start to say goodbye to the global blockbuster franchise that bought the Stephanie Meyers books to the big screen.
However, just like the cast of Harry Potter, they will have to do this all again for the very final time next year for part 2 of the final chapter.
The last film was released all the way back in June 2010, so, was it worth the wait, girls? If Rob and Taylor were anything to go by then we can surely say yes. The boys looked super dapper in their suits. Some Robsessed fans had queued for up to 30 hours just to see a glimpse of the man himself. Wowzers, now that's dedication!
Plenty of celebrities swept through the red carpet, excited to catch the first showing of the new highly anticipated film including Tamara Ecclestone, Chloe Green, TV presenter Caroline Flack and This Morning host Holly Willoughby.
The X Factor girls were also apart of the guestlist who managed to take a sneaky peek of the film before us mere mortals could. What do you think of their outfits? Little Mix look great - a stark contrast from their usual wacky stage outfits, right?
Twighlighters better get down to the cinema tomorrow for the release and see the latest edition to the twilight saga!
Will you be watching?
