Busted Vernon Kay has admitted that he has been exchanging racy messages with up to five girls after it was revealed that he has been sex texting Page 3 girl Rhian Sugden.
The upset TV presenter broke down as he told The Sun: "I've let down my wife Tess."
Vernon, who has been married to TV beauty Tess Daly for over six years, was caught sending naughty messages to 23-year-old glamour model Rhian. Both denied that they have ever had physical sexual relations.
But the apologetic All Star Family Fortunes host, who has two daughters with Tess, has since confessed that the blonde stunner wasn't the only woman who received his filthy texts.
The 34-year-old said: 'Tess is extremely upset and we're working through it. But in some ways I'm glad this story has come out.
‘It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I knew it was getting silly, I'm never going to do it again and hopefully I can clear the slate clean and start again.
'I'm so sorry. I've been an idiot and I've let my family down.'
But, to add insult to injury, he went on to detail how he has been indulging in sexy text and tweets with 'friends and colleagues'.
'I've been stupid and daft and I'm not a sex pest. I've only done this with four or five girls and I've known them all well - they've been friends or colleagues.'I know a single guy can get away with things like that but I'm married and I understand this is off limits.'
Do you think Tess should let him get away with a firm warning? Or should she tell him where to stick his phone?

How disappointing, poor Tess, I thought they had a better marriage than that. Are all men dogs???

haha its so awful i had to laugh - hes known them all well so that makes it ok i suppose shame he forgot he was married with two kids when he was doin it funny how they all seem to remember when they get caught out tess deserves more than his stupid apology bet u it wont be long before hes at it again

just shows all men are pricks, iv been thru the same situation and tho im now begining to trust its always gona b at the back of your mind so in other words b prepared for the worst even in the best of relationships i feel so awful for tess but she can get thru this with or without vernon!

Jeez! Men always think with the half braincell in their balls it seems lol!! I feel sorry for Tess that this is now all media fodder, but there's no doubting where his phone is going and his laptop could end up up there too if he doesn't play the game!! I'm sure she's already laid down the law but with two kids together and no physical sexual cheating it's repairable - you can bet she'll be checking on who's on his mobile and social networking sites from now on though!! He's going to have to work hard seriously at regaining her trust though - if he doesn't then call it a day because it'll only be brought out in every argument as the knife of all knives!!
It's such a shame because both Tess and Vernon always seemed so happy, perhaps the fact that he works in Leeds all week while she's in London when doing Strictly factors in and he saw it as harmless fun that's obviously gone too far and has as he acknowledges now stopped finito!!
noelle I do agree, 20 or more year old marriages have suddenly gone down the pan when the man realises he's not young anymore, their midlife crisis always seems to involve an affair and a new, younger woman in their lives!! It doesn't matter how wonderful you think your relationship is, it always needs work to keep it alive and interesting !! No, by the way, I'm not suggesting Vernon is having a midlife crisis lol he's not old enough!!
