Baby No.4 for Beckhams!

Boys have overruled poor Victoria Beckham’s life for years, but it may be that her dreams of having a baby girl may still come true after it was revealed that the couple are expecting their fourth child this summer.

With three sons already, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight and five-year-old Cruz we thought that the Beckham clan was finito, but could we see a mini fashionista waltzing around very soon? Victoria often hinted at her desire for a daughter, saying in one interview that she could imagine 'painting her nails, putting on make-up, and choosing clothes' with her.

Last year she said: ‘Everyone keeps asking me if I would like to have a little girl and I think, at some point, if I am lucky enough to have another baby, that would be great. If I am blessed enough.’

Although the new addition to the family is due this summer, friends have said that the couple do not want to know the sex of the baby beforehand.

It is understood that the pair told friends and family over the weekend. David Beckham broke the exciting news on his Facebook page, writing:

‘I’ve got great news to tell you. Victoria and I are expecting a fourth child this summer.

'The boys are very excited about the arrival of their new brother or sister.’

It has been reported that the singer turned fashion designer will be have another Caesarean section because of the risks of a natural birth after already having had the operation.

Among the first to congratulate them was Kylie Minogue, who wrote on her Twitter page: 'WOW... congratulations to Victoria Beckham and David... fourth child on the way.'

Whilst a pregnant Amanda Holden added: 'Great news that the Beckhams are expecting their fourth child. Hope they get a pink one.'
