WAGS live in fear of more cheating revelations

As Coleen Rooney struggles to cope with the claims that her husband Wayne repeatedly cheated on her, sources say the latest sordid revelations to emerge have created a tense atmosphere in the WAG community.
Wayne, 24, became the fourth footballer to hit the headlines with cheating scandals this year – following Ashley Cole, John Terry and Peter Crouch. Now footballers’ wives and girlfriends are living in fear of the next exposé.
An insider reveals: “There are plenty of WAGs out there questioning their men on whether they will be next to be exposed in the papers. It seems no one’s safe. It’s an insecure time.”
Three further England footballers are reported to have been granted super-injunctions in court preventing the media from exposing details of their private lives.
Earlier this year, vicious internet rumours surfaced accusing Liverpool and England player Steven Gerrard of cheating on wife Alex Curran – but the story was dismissed as totally untrue.
A pal says: “Alex is sickened by what’s happened and she and Coleen have been in touch recently. “She can’t believe the amount of girls out there waiting to make money by having sex with a footballer, and thinks it’s atrocious how their men are targeted.
“Of course she knows that it takes two, but she says that these girls offer themselves on a plate.”
Meanwhile, model Abbey Clancy – engaged to Tottenham Hotspurs’ Peter Crouch – told pals she’s “gutted” for Coleen, after going through a similar situation last month, when a prostitute told a paper Peter paid her for sex.
A source says: “Naturally, Abbey really feels for her and got in touch to say she’s there if she needs it. They’re not particularly close, but they get on really well.”
Pals reveal model Abbey, 24, has decided to ignore speculation about her own relationship and the couple are trying to work things out, telling friends: “He knows it’s serious and he’s truly sorry.
“That’s why her advice to Coleen is that she should only discuss what’s happened with Wayne and block out everything else.”

Shock horror! People cheat, not just footballers, it happens all day every day and its heartbreaking for all the peole who are hurt. Luckily us normal people get to live out our pain away from the public eye and ever snapping paparazzi. These women shouldn't be judged on the decisions they make as they are their lives to live.

I feel sorry for the wives/girlfriends or indeed the other way females cheat as well but when it's in the public eye that these peoplea re being made fools off it must be worse but even more so when they do it time and time again showing no respect for their partner.
Is Gerrard not the footballer that got his wifes sister pregnant, then the tabloids had to keep it quiet or was that a rumour.

sugar sweet No she doesn't but that didn't stop the media did it lol!! I do feel sorry for women married to men who cheat but as Gina 1981 says us in the real world don't have our names and pictures plastered across the media to be further humiliated in front of not just friends and family but the watching world!!
Instead of naming and shaming the victims perhaps it would be better if it was the home wrecking little ho's family that got the press attention in a shaming way! Q: Mum and Dad are you proud of your daughter? A: What daughter lol!! They'd probably blame it all on the man but let's be honest stars. celebs, sportsmen are all offered it on a plate, sights set on these days by young women who know if they F*** someone famous and better yet get pregnant they can get rich, break up a marriage and oh yeah a FAMILY!! It takes two but how many men d'you know who'd turn down sex with a hottie on the side if they figured no one would ever know? They think with the partial braincell in their balls because that's where their brains live lol!!

emerald i suppose you're right the media did get away with printing that story even though she doesnt even have a sister! its riddiculous really isnt it! i bet that worked out well for him coz if he had cheated he easily covered it up by saying that she doesnt even have a sister, therefore rubbishing any other stories that could have surfaced of the back of it!
