Katie and Cher fight for Cheryl's love

We've heard rumours that X Factor wannabes, Katie and Cher have been fighting behind the scenes, but we thought that was all the past, as pictures of the two as the best of friends keep emerging.

But perhaps that was all just a show, as it has been reported that the two are fighting over the attention of mentor, Cheryl Cole.

Apparently, the two girls have been trying their hardest to get Cheryl to spend more time with them. Katie is expecting to be in the bottom two again this week and is trying to get Cheryl to help her, whilst rapper Cher is trying to pull out another whopper to help her win the show.

Cheryl is caught between the two, as they row constantly. Katie thinks that Cheryl is spending too much of her time with her mini-me Cher, whilst Cher thinks that Katie is just trying to steal the X Factor crown.

Cher confessed that temperatures are hotting up behind the scenes recently,

She told the X Factor official website, ' It's a competition and people have to go out.

'It's getting fierce now. It's heating up but you've just got to be prepared ti fight your way through it.'

A source said, 'They are two very demanding girls and Cheryl's finding it tough keeping them both happy.'

Well they better put all that behind them, as it has been revealed that there will be a double eviction this Sunday night in a surpirse twist of events.
