Trend Alert: Bootylicious Beyoncé dons one-piece bathing suit in St Barts
If Beyoncé approves, we accept it as fashion gospel.
Does this superstar diva ever set a style foot wrong? We think not, and after the birth of daughter Blue Ivy, Beyoncé has gone back to her turn-the-world-green-with-envy ways.
Frolicking on a sunny beach in St Barts, hubby Jay-Z in tow, Beyoncé looked beach-perfect in a black, frill-waist one-piece swimsuit.
Showing off her post baby curves to perfection, the new mum made a conscious choice to opt for beachwear that concealed any unsightly bumps she may still be working on, post-pregnancy, without heading into frumpy, mumsy territory.
And Bey isn’t the only fan of the modest beach cover up. The spring/summer 2012 catwalks were awash with one-piece bathing suits, and the trend has clearly rubbed off on celeb town!

Since Bey was snapped in her one-piece, sales went up 102%! The more traditional beach outfits are proving so popular that swimming costumes are currently outselling bikinis for the first time in 10 years!
