Miley Cyrus shows us how to be brave and go for the chop!

As the fashion world put the boyish trend firmly on the style agenda for autumn 2012, the A list crowd follow suit by ditching long luscious locks for the ultimate chop.
 
This week at the Closer towers, drastic haircuts have been on everyone’s lips after Miley Cyrus tweeted her drastic chop!

Giving her hair stylist Chris McMillan the green light to shed her teeny-bop locks in favour of an edgier backstreet Brooklyn chop, the Disney star took her new urban image one step further with a total blond-over  - except for her brows, which remained dark and dutiful to the fashion world. 

Now part of a brave new gang of celebrities sporting extreme new hair do’s, Miley follows in the footsteps of our very own brit actress Jamie Winstone who recently unveiled her ‘Sinéad O'Connor’ inspired, military-esque super crop, whilst Hollywood A-lister Anne Hathaway’s new pixie look is a far cry from her long, luscious cat woman locks.

With the boyish trend firmly on the agenda for autumn 2012, it seems that our female starlets have dived in head first – fearless, and fabulous or a fashion step too far?
