Adele and Simon Konecki reported to have welcomed a baby boy

Adele and partner Simon Konecki are reported to have welcomed their first child, a baby boy, with a source close to the couple saying they are ‘ecstatic at their new arrival.’
The singer announced her pregnancy in June via her official blog, writing ‘'I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together.I want you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time.’
While this is Adele’s first child, Konecki, 38, has a five-year-old daughter from a previous marriage.
The couple have been dating since summer of 2011 and there were rumours the two had tied the knot. These were quickly quashed by Adele who tweeted ‘I’m not married…Zzzzzzz.’
The pair moved into a £7 million pad in West Sussex earlier this year.
Speaking about their relationship, Adele has said ‘He looks after me. I don’t think I’d have got through the recovery from surgery if not for him.’
It has been a busy month for Adele who also released her track for new James Bond film Skyfall and is hoping for chart success.
This is Adele’s first piece of new music since the release of multi-million selling album 21, which was released in January of 2011. Despite the success of the song Adele will be unable to attend the film premiere in London on Tuesday night, with guests including Prince Charles and Camilla.
