Anthea Turner agrees to meet Grant Bovey to discuss his alleged affair
Monday 13 August 2012
Former Blue Peter presenter Anthea Turner has allegedly agreed to meet with estranged husband Grant Bovey following claims that he had been unfaithful in their marriage with 24-year-old millionaire’s daughter Zoe de Mallet Morgan.
The couple have spent time apart since news of the affair broke two weeks ago, with Anthea opting to holiday in Majorca and Grant reportedly fleeing to their £6.2 million Alpine chalet in France.
A British paper is now reporting that Anthea has agreed to meet her husband of 12 years for a make or break conversation.
When news of the affair broke Anthea kicked her husband out of their home. According to friends Anthea wants Grant to agree to a live interview and to apologise for the distress caused to her and his three daughters Lily, 20, Amelia, 19, and 16-year-old Claudia.
A meeting will supposedly take place this week as a result of Grant’s continued attempts to contact Anthea and salvage the broken relationship.
A source told a UK paper: 'Grant has had a week alone to think about what has happened and the consequences.
'Grant begged Anthea to sit down and talk about what has happened and she finally agreed to see him.
'She is still fuming and at the moment can’t see a way back. Simply, she cannot trust him any more.’
Grant denies the affair took place.
