Celebrity beach body secrets...

Over the New Year, the stars headed to sunnier climes and flaunted their bikini bodies on the beach - so they didn't just sit and consume every mince pie in the house like us then? Hmmph.

As jealous as we are, we couldn't help admiring their super-toned bodies (over the Christmas period and all!) so we thought we'd share them with you for a little more inspiration on your Jan health kick. Check them out!

Danielle Lineker, 32

Size 8 Danielle Lineker flaunted her toned stomach and legs while strolling on the beach in St Barts.

So how does she stay in shape?

"I have to be disciplined, but I'm not obsessive. I try not to have too many salt and vinegar crisps, which is hard since I'm married to Mr Crisps. And I love dark chocolate, but I don't have any little sins like that for a couple of weeks before a holiday.

"I eat food that's high in protein and low in carbohydrates. I truly believe if you cut the junk from your diet and stick to the plan you will see improvements in as little as a couple of days."

Jessica Alba, 30

Jessica Alba, 30 was spotted looking super fabulous on holiday in Mexico AND she had a baby just five months ago! Crazy.

How does she do it?

"When I eat breakfast, I’ll have an egg-white omelette and fruit, or cottage cheese and a peach. For lunch, I’ll have a salad. Dinner is usually vegetables and chicken or fish. During the day I’ll have some dried fruit, or I’ll have a chocolate or strawberry frozen yogurt. I don’t really eat desserts or bread."

"I try to work out every day for 45 minutes to an hour. I start out on the treadmills or elliptical machine for 10 to 15 minutes to get my heart rate up to 180 beats per minute. Then I do 50 lunges and crunches. Next I get back on the machine for another 10 minutes. Then I work on shoulders, biceps and triceps. I do that nonstop for four sets. When I work out, I have energy and feel good about myself."

For someone who only gave birth last March, Myleene is looking pretty amazing! Myleene's bod became famous after that shower scene during her time on I'm a Celebrity and even though she's since had two children, she looks just as incredible now.

How does she do it?

"I lost weight by eating sensibly and sitting down for proper meals at home. I still ate the same foods as I always had, but not the quantity. I didn't deny myself anything – if you do that you want twice as much of it – and I don't do faddy diets.

"You've got to find level ground so that you don't become obsessed with the very food you're trying to cut out."
