Lauren Goodger: 'I need help to lose weight'

Lauren Goodger has had her fair share of heartache during the filming of TOWIE; Did Mark cheat on her, didn't he? Do they still love each other? Did he call her overweight?
Well, it seems that Lauren has finally cracked since getting stick for her recent weight gain from the public. In tomorrow night's episode of The Only Way Is Essex, Lauren confides in her pal Lauren Pope and tearfully admits that she struggles with her body image.
Lauren part blames her split with Mark Wright, who she was with for ten years, as part of the reason for her weight gain.
She said: 'I feel like I'm bigger now, definitely. Since I've been single, going out clubbing, I've put on weight.
'I need help. I need something to help me.'
Lauren has admitted in the past that it is hard work being around her fellow TOWIE stars, who all sport slimmer figures than herslef.
She said: 'Some weeks I feel great.I feel good, slim, other weeks I feel really like bloated in the face and a bit uncomfortable.'
Last year Lauren revealed how Mark used to tell her to lose weight when they were engaged and made her feel like she should be 'obsessed' with being slim.
In the interview, she said: she said: 'I couldn't survive on a bowl of lettuce. We both love our food.'
