In the footage, which has since gone viral, Aisah Amzah can be heard telling him to “shut up and die” as he cries out in pain.

The 17-year-old posted the video to YouTube, where it quickly sparked outrage.

One horrified viewer commented: "Oh dead God, that poor child.

"You are a heartless and evil woman."

Another added: “Someone stop this evil."

The viral video was soon spotted by Aisah’s horrified sister, Wong, who reported the teenager to police in Ipoh, Malaysia.

Speaking with local press, Wong said: "A friend of mine had sent me the link and when I saw it I was completely sickened.

"That my own flesh and blood could be so cruel is just devastating."

Meanwhile OCPD Asst Comm Sum Chang Keong has revealed that Aisah has been detained for the time being.

"The case will be referred to the deputy public prosecutor for further action," he said on the Polisperak Facebook page.
