The businesswoman, 36, has previously spoken about Jett’s traumatic birth and how she was forced to give birth by caesarean early.
But she has now told of being left alone in the hospital by Jett’s dad Kieran, while he enjoyed sex with Jane at the luxury villa Katie was paying for.
Speaking to The Sun, pregnant Katie said: “On the day Jett was born, Kieran came to visit me.

“But he was in a rush to go back to the villa and had already left when doctors suddenly burst into the room and told me ‘You have 10 minutes to prepare for an operation.’
“I quickly called Kieran and told him, ‘You have to come back to the hospital’, He came back but he wasn’t allowed in the operating theatre. I held my hand out to him as they were wheeling me in; it was like something out of a film.

“I had a flashback to Harvey. ‘Great,’ I thought to myself, ‘I’m doing this on my own again’. I’m so scared of needles and nobody spoke English.”
Katie recalled how when they arrived in France, Jane’s behaviour set alarm bells ringing but she tried to tell herself she was being paranoid.
But she wasn’t imagining things, she would later find out that, after messaging briefly before their trip, Kieran and Katie’s affair turned up a notch when they got there.
Mum-of-four Katie’s waters broke shortly after arriving in France and it was as she lay in hospital alone that Kieran and Jane slept together for the first time.

She said: “They had their first sex in the bathroom upstairs in the villa. Later on, they had quick sex in my bed while I was lying in hospital alone.
“I felt so scared. All I wanted was for Kieran to visit me but he kept saying his shoulder was hurting and he needed to rest.
“I couldn’t reach Kieran on his phone and kept texting Jane asking her to tell Kieran to come and visit but she was not passing the messages on.
“Instead, she was telling him things like: ‘You’re just one of many. Katie will get rid of you soon’.”
